SkinDecode(이하 "앱")는 사진과 피부 분석을 이용자의 기기 안에서 처리하도록 설계되었습니다. 사진·피부 기록은 어떤 경우에도 기기 밖으로 보내지 않습니다. 앱에는 광고와 광고·추적 식별자가 없습니다. 선택형 루나링크 계정에 로그인한 경우에만 이메일과 피부 프로필·앱 설정을 동기화합니다(§2). 이 방침은 앱과 웹사이트(skindecode.filex.dev)가 무엇을 처리하고, 무엇을 처리하지 않는지를 설명합니다.
1. 처리하지 않는 정보
- 얼굴 사진: 기기 안에서만 처리·저장되며 회사 서버를 포함해 어디로도 전송되지 않습니다.
- 피부 분석 결과·기록: 기기 안에서만 처리·저장되며 계정에 로그인해도 동기화하지 않습니다.
- 하루 피부 느낌·습관 태그(생리 주기 태그를 켠 경우 포함): 기기 안에만 저장되며 계정에 로그인해도 동기화하지 않고, 사용 통계·제품 사전으로도 보내지 않습니다.
- 루틴 카드 링크: 이용자가 직접 공유하는 링크에는 제품 이름·아침/저녁·성분만 담기며 사진·피부 기록·프로필은 담기지 않습니다. 내용은 링크의 # 뒤에 있어 브라우저·앱이 회사 서버로 보내지 않고, 회사는 링크를 저장하지 않습니다. 링크를 받은 사람은 담긴 내용을 볼 수 있으니 제품 이름에 개인정보를 적지 마세요.
- 생체정보 비해당: 앱은 특정 개인을 식별하거나 인증할 목적이 없고, 얼굴 특징 템플릿을 생성하지 않으며, 얼굴 데이터를 기기 밖으로 보내지 않습니다. 따라서 개인정보 보호법상 민감정보(생체인식정보) 및 GDPR 제4조(14) 생체인식 데이터에 해당하지 않습니다.
- 기기 식별자·광고 식별자·IP 주소·위치: 회사는 수집·저장하지 않습니다. 사용 통계의 국가는 Cloudflare 가 접속 IP 로 판정한 국가 코드만 남기며 IP 는 저장하지 않습니다. "날씨에 맞춘 팁"(기본 꺼짐)을 켜면 기기가 대략적 위치(소수 첫째 자리로 반올림, 약 10km 단위)를 날씨 조회에만 Open-Meteo 로 직접 보내고, 회사 서버는 위치를 받지 않습니다.
- 계정: 앱은 계정 없이 모든 기능을 쓸 수 있습니다. 계정 로그인은 선택입니다(§2).
2. 처리하는 정보 (항목 · 목적 · 보관)

웹사이트 접속 기록(접속 시각·요청 경로)은 Cloudflare 가 보안·장애 대응 목적으로 짧게 처리하며 회사는 이를 이용자 식별에 쓰지 않습니다.
3. 기기 안 자료의 보관과 삭제
- 촬영 원본은 분석 직후 삭제됩니다(기본값). 추이 비교용 사진 저장은 설정에서 옵트인으로만 켜집니다.
- 기록은 설정 > 기록 삭제에서 건별·전체 삭제할 수 있고, 앱을 삭제하면 모두 사라집니다.
- 기기 자료는 이용자가 켠 iCloud·Google 기기 백업에 포함될 수 있습니다. 백업은 Apple·Google 계정에 저장되며 회사는 접근할 수 없습니다.
4. 제3자 제공·처리 위탁
- 결제: Apple App Store, Google Play(각 사 정책 적용). 웹 결제 시 포트원·Paddle.
- 인프라: Cloudflare(웹사이트·문의 메일 발송·익명 집계 저장). 자료는 Cloudflare 글로벌 네트워크에서 처리될 수 있습니다.
- 제휴 링크를 누르면 해당 쇼핑 사이트의 정책이 적용됩니다. 클릭 수는 이용자와 연결하지 않고 집계합니다.
- 날씨: Open-Meteo(open-meteo.com) — "날씨에 맞춘 팁"을 켠 경우에만, 반올림한 위치로 습도·자외선 지수를 하루 한 번 조회합니다. Open-Meteo 의 정책이 적용됩니다.
- 제품 정보: Open Beauty Facts(ODbL) — 바코드 조회 때 회사 서버가 바코드 숫자로만 조회하며 이용자 정보는 보내지 않습니다.
- 계정(처리 위탁): 루나링크 계정 서버(Cloudflare) — 로그인·설정 동기화·이용권 확인. Apple·Google 로그인을 쓰면 해당 회사가 로그인 확인을 처리합니다.
5. 아동
앱은 13세 미만(대한민국 14세 미만)을 대상으로 하지 않으며 생년월일을 묻지 않습니다.
6. 이용자의 권리
기기 안 자료는 이용자가 직접 삭제합니다. 문의 메일 삭제, 처리 내용 확인은 아래 연락처로 요청하면 10일 안에 답합니다. 익명 집계 자료는 개인과 연결할 수 없어 열람·정정·삭제 대상이 아닙니다. 사용 통계 전송과 날씨 팁은 설정에서 언제든 끌 수 있습니다.

Privacy Policy

SkinDecode (the "app") is built so that photos and skin analysis are processed on your device. Photos and skin records never leave the device. The app has no ads and no advertising or tracking identifiers. Only if you sign in to the optional LunaLink account do we sync your email, skin profile and app settings (§2). This policy explains what the app and the website (skindecode.filex.dev) process, and what they do not.
1. What we do not process
- Face photos: processed and stored on the device only; never sent anywhere, including our servers.
- Skin results and records: processed and stored on the device only; they are not synced even when you sign in.
- Daily skin feel and habit tags (including the period tag if you turn it on): stored on the device only; not synced when you sign in, and never sent with usage statistics or to the product catalog.
- Routine card links: a link you choose to share holds only product names, morning/evening and ingredients — no photos, skin records or profile. The content sits after the # in the link, so browsers and the app never send it to our servers, and we do not store links. Anyone you send it to can read it, so don't put personal details in product names.
- Not biometric data: the app has no purpose of identifying or authenticating a person, creates no facial feature template and sends no face data off the device. It therefore does not process biometric data as defined in GDPR Art. 4(14) or sensitive information under the Korean PIPA.
- Device identifiers, advertising IDs, IP addresses, location: we do not collect or store them. For usage statistics we keep only the country code that Cloudflare derives from the connection IP; the IP itself is not stored. If you turn on "Weather-based tips" (off by default), your device sends an approximate location (rounded to one decimal place, about 10 km) directly to Open-Meteo only to look up the weather; our servers never receive it.
- Accounts: every feature works without an account. Signing in is optional (§2).
2. What we process (data · purpose · retention)

Website access logs (time, request path) are processed briefly by Cloudflare for security and incident handling; we do not use them to identify users.
3. On-device data: storage and deletion
- Captured originals are deleted right after analysis (default). Keeping photos for trend comparison is opt-in in Settings.
- Delete records one by one or all at once in Settings > Delete history; uninstalling the app removes everything.
- On-device data may be included in iCloud or Google device backups you turn on. Those backups are stored in your Apple or Google account and we cannot access them.
4. Third parties and processors
- Payments: Apple App Store, Google Play (their policies apply). Web payments: PortOne, Paddle.
- Infrastructure: Cloudflare (website, contact email delivery, anonymous aggregate storage). Data may be processed on Cloudflare's global network.
- Affiliate links open a shop whose own policy applies. Clicks are counted without linking them to you.
- Weather: Open-Meteo (open-meteo.com) — only if "Weather-based tips" is on, once a day, with the rounded location, to get humidity and UV index. Open-Meteo's policy applies.
- Product data: Open Beauty Facts (ODbL) — for barcode lookups our server queries with the barcode number only; no user information is sent.
- Account (processor): the LunaLink account server (Cloudflare) — sign-in, settings sync and plan checks. If you use Apple or Google sign-in, that company handles the sign-in check.
5. Children
The app is not directed at children under 13 (under 14 in Korea) and does not ask for a date of birth.
6. Your rights
On-device data is deleted by you. For deletion of contact emails or questions about processing, write to the address below; we answer within 10 days. Anonymous aggregate data cannot be linked to a person and is therefore not subject to access, rectification or erasure. You can turn off usage statistics and weather tips in Settings at any time.
